Recent letter from a proud Dad

Hey Joe I wanted to give you yet another testimonial to share on your website:  The other night My son Aaron was playing basketball at the PAC Center and Carmello Lee (Puerto Rican Olympic team in the early 2000's) and director and coach of Centex AAU program was there to watch some of his other players  play ball. Rewind a year ago, Aaron had tried out for Carmello's Centex team and was told he made the second team but was not good enough to play with their  traveling 1st team. He mainly said the issue was his shot and when I say "shot" it was average and that came from Camello after the tryout. So fast forward to the other night Carmello Saw Aaron playing on the JV squad and Aaron wrecked it  with  an amazing game. 25 points, awesome defense, just a complete all around game.

He turned back and asked another dad who Aaron was and that he needed to recruit Aaron to play with those guys on his traveling AAU  1st  team.

This should speak volumes to how far he’s come with your guidance and your skills. To have a coach tell  the parent of one of his best players that they need to recruit a player that tried out a year ago and wasn’t good enough for the team but after spending time with you is now ahead hundred percent, well, pretty darn sweet.

I want to thank you again for all you’ve done and all you do.

Sincerely the smiling dad ( Brett Hurst father of Aaron Hurst)
