Getting Started

Spring and Summer Skills Development
​

Our most popular program!  A ten week summer training to help you improve overall technique and build muscle memory.

This is for active 7th -12th. Grade, AAU and HS Team Players.

We also welcome college  and pro players to enroll in our custom programs tailored specifically to your needs.

 

Primary focus age group:  12-17 Boys and Girls

​

 Spring sessions will be held March 21st thru May 28th.  The Summer session with be held June 7th thru August 31st. Both one and two times a week training options are available.

Because we strive to build proper technique and muscle memory. We need your commitment to actively participate and commit to one of the available programs.  There will be no day to day payment plans after the initial evaluation and then one official paid meeting.
